Vegetarians and health-conscious visitors can indulge in the Vegan Burrito, a vibrant combination of avocado, cashew cheese, corn bean salsa, kale, and brown rice, served with homemade salsa—each element bursting with natural flavors and satisfying freshness. For lighter sides, options like rosemary potato medley, house-made chicken mango patties, and freshly prepared toast round out the dining experience beautifully.
Regulars rave about the consistently excellent quality—Michelle Pinkowski fondly recalled the perfectly fluffy pancakes paired with flavorful chicken sausage, and the welcoming, friendly staff who enhance the overall ambiance. The outdoor patio, offering views of the surrounding golf course, naturally elevates the peaceful, laid-back vibe that Moe Hamidi described as a “hidden gem.” Meanwhile, Adam Perez praised the vibrant French Toast Special, adorned with fresh blueberries, strawberries, and bananas—an irresistible blend of fruity sweetness and tender bread.
The atmosphere at Los Feliz Cafe strikes a harmonious balance between casual comfort and thoughtful attention to detail. Guests can enjoy their meals in a beautifully sun-dappled space that encourages relaxation and lingering conversations. Although a few have noted minor hiccups such as slightly slow service or some side dishes arriving cooler than expected, the warmth of the environment and the high-quality cuisine more than compensate. The friendly team invites you to savor both timeless favorites and innovative dishes without fuss or pretense—just good food and good company.
Whether you’re craving a hearty breakfast burrito, traditional American classics done right, or a vegan delight packed with fresh ingredients, Los Feliz Cafe is a reliable choice that brings together comforting flavors and a sincere neighborhood charm. It’s an ideal destination to start a bright day or gather with friends over coffee, pancakes, and a genuine California welcome.
A wonderful breakfast spot. We sat at a table on the edge of the Los Feliz golf course and it was so relaxing. The food was excellent also. The pancakes were perfect! Nice and fluffy but not overly sweet. The chicken sausage was also good and my omelette and rosemary potatoes were excellent, too. Staff were friendly. Definitely will be back. Only negative is that they serve water in single use plastic cups :(
Laid back cafe no fuss, no scene just good food and good people. Breakfast burrito was delicious. Chicken and waffles were delicious! Cooked perfectly. Potatoes were served cold? That was weird, but they weee very crunchy and tasty,
A calm and relaxing atmosphere for a nice sunny day. I would recommend the French Toast Special it has a nice touch with the blueberries, strawberries, and bananas. The Platter is also a very good choice with great portions. Although on one note, I do think the beverages like fountain drinks & orange juice have an above normal price of $4 each for a Pepsi and the Orange Juice I ordered.
Food was great! Atmosphere was beautiful! Service was friendly but a bit slow, it wasn’t too busy and we had to ask for the check a couple times. But overall a good experience and would come back. I got the Los feliz Benedict, yum! Eggs were poached to perfection, and that apple mango sausage was refreshing but hearty.
Los Feliz Cafe is a hidden gem! The food is fresh and delicious, with generous portions and great flavors. Their breakfast options are top-notch—perfectly cooked eggs, fluffy pancakes, and strong coffee that hits the spot. The outdoor patio is a fantastic place to enjoy a meal, with a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. The staff is friendly, attentive, and always make you feel at home. Whether you’re grabbing a quick bite or lingering over brunch, this place never disappoints. Highly recommend!
I’m not a breakfast person but their breakfast was good! I got the salmon on sourdough which was a great combination of flavors. They also have some vegan options. The sandwich (can’t remember the name) was really good as well.
